LIFE & LEADERSHIP COACHING
In my life, leadership, or strengths coaching, I work with people one-on-one or in a safe and confidential group setting to help them get unstuck, build their confidence, expand their vision for the future, and take practical steps toward their goals. For individuals, this is done weekly or biweekly and over the phone for approximately 45-60 minutes each call. In a group setting, groups typically meet once per week over six to eight weeks. I also offer Biblical DISC® andCliftonStrengths® and other assessments to help people discover & develop their greatest talents and spiritual gifts.
TRAINING & ASSESSMENTS
I work with secular and Christian organizations to deliver learning solutions that improve team effectiveness and productivity by understanding and applying fundamental principles such as The Five Behaviors: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results. This unique learning experience helps build a culture of high-performing teams through better communication and collaboration. Training will also include Everything DiSC®, a personal development learning experience that measures an individual’s preferences and tendencies. Participants receive personalized insights that deepen their understanding of self and others making workplace interactions more enjoyable and effective. The result is a more engaged and collaborative workforce that can spark meaningful cultural improvement in your organization.
